If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at usxe2x80xa6Job Responsibilities:Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank;Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;Responsible to meet monthly targets and minimum standard of performance;Develop and maintain strong relationship with current and new customer;Attend road shows and/or any branch/off-site activities when required;To actively promote Unsecured Personal Loan products;Cross selling other banking products as and when opportunity arises to increase customers stickiness with HLB;Exhibit high professionalism and competency when selling;Ensure banks interest is protected at all times;Comply with banks relevant internal policies, SOPs, sales compliance and statutory requirement in relation FSA, KYC, AMLA and all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;To maintain and uphold service standards set by the Bank at all times.Job Requirements:Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in any fieldAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Fresh graduated are encourage to applyAbout Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
