Job Summary
We're seeking motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainers who are enthusiastic about helping others transform their lives through fitness. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys working one-on-one with clients, and is committed to ongoing learning and personal development.
Responsibilities
Design and implement customized fitness programs based on individual client goals
Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress
Provide motivation, guidance, and education on proper exercise techniques
Ensure a safe and supportive training environment
Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
Promote and represent the Peak Fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Participate in occasional group classes, gym events, or member onboarding sessions
Qualifications
CPR/AED certified
1+ year experience preferred (but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and professional
