Job Description

To provide a high standard customer service
? To follow all SOP on delivering the standard quality of service
? To be involved in cash handling
? To assist in keeping the sop premises clean and tidy
? To positively contribute to team working in the shop
? To perform grooming session & housekeeping of cat hotel followed by SOP
? To guarantee the cats in custody are safe and comfortable
? To take serious responsibility on service quality
? To help leaders achieve desirable target
? Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues
? To assist cat parents/ customers in choosing the right product for their cats and how to take care of their cats
? To ensure all items received from suppliers are properly counted and accurate.
? To assist in monthly stock checking and quarterly stock take
? To assist in posting of products & services provided by GGK on social media (FB, Instagram, others)
? To follow instructions from superior / Supervisor /Area Manager/ Top Management/ Directors

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM780.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
