- Command in English is a must. Other languages are an added advantage.
- Must possess at least SPM certification
- Must be able to handle big and small dogs of all temperaments with patience and care. Dog owners or have experience with dogs would be an added advantage
- Meticulous with high attention to detail
- Willing to learn and be a team player
- Able to work proactively and independently
- Must always be punctual and responsible
- Owns a car and able to drive is a bonus
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays (CNY and Christmas are mandatory)
- In charge of maintaining dogs health and well-being
- Caring, supervising and cleaning after the dogs
- Maintaining the hygiene of the premise
- In charge of food preparation and feeding
- Observing and taking updates
- Equip oneself with knowledge of dog breed, health issue, behaviors, etc
- Foster and manage positive client relations
- Manage inquiries
- Providing client with assistance on product and services
- Directing complain and complex queries to relevant person
- Assist in grooming
- Drive to deliver dogs and/or goods
- Manage the upkeep of the retail store, and assist in any retail related work.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
