Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate financial statements and reports, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, and variance analysis. Perform cost-benefit analysis, and identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities. Implement and oversee an effective cash management strategy to ensure optimal liquidity. Work closely with department heads to compile and analyze financial data, making recommendations for cost efficiency. Understand and apply the principles of the Amoeba Management System to drive financial performance and organizational growth. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, e.g. ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualification. Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is preferred. Proven experience in management accounting, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen interest in learning and applying new technologies.
