• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance.
• Efficiently allocate manpower for excellent store service.
• Oversee staff scheduling and training initiatives.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and optimize product lifecycle (FIFO).
• Conduct internal audits for store operations, customer service, compliance, hygiene, and documentation.
• Manage in-store promotions, stock takes, and collaborate with vendors.
• Generate and implement ideas to increase sales and customer retention.
• Oversee wet stock management, including fuel and liquid inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers for orders, payments, return goods, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare official letters, invoices, and checklists.
• Manage application and renewal processes for licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee services application and renewal (fire extinguisher, welcome mat, pesticide control, fuel waste).
• Prepare business plans, monthly meeting reports, and Profit and Loss (P&L) reports.
