Your role will be helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need. We try to fit your interests and skills to projects that will allow you to use your strengths and so that you can continue to grow and develop. This is not your typical HR internship \xe2\x80\x93 you will have truly significant projects to work on.

We ask you to use your knowledge while working on projects that develop deep understanding in areas including benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training, or development.

As an intern in P&G, you will:

• Receive responsibilities from Day 1 \xe2\x80\x93 You will start of working on key brands from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a brand will quickly grow

Job Qualifications

• You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has recently graduated or has less than two years to graduate (graduation year of 2023, 2024 or 2025)
• You are available to intern in Klang Valley for a duration of 12 weeks/3 months
• Open to all fields of study, but majors in business or social sciences are a plus.
• You are an excellent visionary, with strategic and fearless leadership skills
• You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions oriented mindset especially during issues
• You have ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
• You take initiative and show flexibility
• You are brave and willing to learn new things
• You are English proficient (written and spoken)
• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia
