Job Description

To perform troubleshooting and providing engineering support to main plating tool and support tool e.g chemical analysis tool for high volume manufacturing. Able to work in clean room environment and sub fab. Monitor operation data are within the control specification and perform adjustment and to ensure process optimization according to process specification. Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustaining. In addition, responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability. May be participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required. Able to work in manufacturing shift pattern and will perform complex tasks includes narrowing, define parameters and create presentation package. Familiar and able to read and interpreted technical drawing and others document related to tools. High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations. Candidates will receive general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on job training.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Certificate 3 years experience in related fields Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering 1 years experience Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
