Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure efficient operation of RND department with adequate and optimal resources. To take lead of development projects independently To conduct literature searches for the pre-development assessment and to propose the trial proposal for management review. To design and conduct experiments/trials and to document the necessary information (i.e. batch manufacturing record, testing results & reference information) systematically. To propose for scale-up and PV batches upon confirmation of final formulation and process and to monitor the PV batches manufacturing, stability status, bioequivalent studies until submission for registration. To coordinate with various departments for product registration. To ensure formulation of products are safe, stable and efficient. To ensure smooth transfer of technology to production department. To track of cost of product development and review and adhere to department expenditure according to budget. To coordinate with other departments for R&D Department affairs.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical science / Pharmaceutical Technology / Pharmaceutical Engineering / organic chemistry or equivalent sciences discipline. Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, process validation and analytical testing will be an added advantage. Able to lead development projects independently product development. Good understanding QbD concept and practices. Must possess at least 5 years experience in the field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
