Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies and video plans across multiple social media platforms in line with the company's health education and marketing goals.
Produce high-quality digital content related to health, nutrition, and pharmaceutical products, including articles, infographics, videos, and live session scripts.
Present and simplify medical and health information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content for the general public.
Monitor and incorporate current social media trends, challenges, and cultural moments to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Conduct research on the latest developments in health, nutrition, and pharmaceuticals to ensure accuracy and credibility of content.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product teams, to gather insights and align content strategies with target audience needs.
Host and/or oversee live streaming sessions, events, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring professional presentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments, questions, and feedback across all communication channels (social media, email, live chat, etc.).
Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with relevant pharmaceutical and health claims guidelines.
Support physical promotional events such as outlet campaigns and members' day activities by providing professional healthcare advice when needed.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management to support overall digital marketing and branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacy Board Malaysia (Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia).
Strong knowledge of health, wellness, and pharmaceutical products.
Experience or strong interest in social media content creation, particularly short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels).
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to convert complex medical concepts into simple and engaging messaging for the general audience.
Creative, trend-aware, and able to conceptualize engaging content ideas.
Basic video editing skills and confidence in presenting on camera for video recordings and live sessions.
Strong awareness of compliance requirements related to health messaging, product claims, and pharmacy regulations.
