Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Customer Service

Collaborate with the retail team to meet monthly sales targets. Promote healthcare and beauty products to customers. Follow up and ensure all pending sales orders are completed on time.

2. Medicine Dispensing Support

Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently. Label and package medications according to established protocols. Prepare medication orders for patients, verifying accuracy and completeness.

3. Inventory Management

Receive, unpack, and stock medications and other pharmacy products. Monitor stock levels and inform the pharmacist when replenishment is needed. Perform regular stock rotation and check for expired medications.

4. Administrative Support

Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing. Liaise with the Accounts Department on payment-related matters including daily cash banking and other requests.

5. Cleanliness & Organization

Maintain a clean, neat, and organized pharmacy environment. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and product displays are tidy.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in pharmacy certification is an advantage. Experience in a sales position will be preferred. Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations is a plus. Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to communicate effectively with customers in a predominantly Mandarin-speaking community. Based in TP Pharmacy's retail outlet at
