Job Summary :
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right products, ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
Job Responsibilities :
Stock & Maintain Shelves: You will be responsible for stocking and maintaining product shelves in your assigned sections.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide Product Information: Offer information and recommendations on over-the-counter medications and health products.
Handle Transactions: Perform cashier duties, accurately handling both cash and credit card payments.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the outlet area remains clean and hygienic.
Other Duties: Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Minimum SPM qualification
Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
