Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Photographer, with a portfolio showcasing event photography and portraits.
• Proficiency in photography editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Excellent understanding of photography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in event photography, portrait photography, and team group photos.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in Malaysia.
• Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Malay, Chinese) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take professional photographs of all company events, including training sessions, seminars, and other corporate activities.
• Capture high-quality portraits of new agents and team group photos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Edit and retouch photos as necessary to ensure high-quality standards.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all photographs are properly stored and organized for easy access and future use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand photography requirements and deliver images that meet marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve photography quality.
