Position Overview:

As a PHP Developer at ModernLMS, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of Moodle plugins, the management of our Laravel application, and the creation and upkeep of APIs. You will work on cutting-edge projects that aim to revolutionize online learning while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Moodle plugins to enhance the functionality of our Learning Management System.
Manage and optimize our Laravel-based applications for optimal performance.
Create, update, and maintain APIs to support various features and integrations.
Implement and follow best practices and security protocols in the development of plugins and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development and EdTech.
Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with expertise in Moodle plugin development.
Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and web development technologies.
Experience with API design and development.
Knowledge of best practices and security standards for web development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for education and EdTech innovation.
Salary Range:

5,000 - 7,000 MYR per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
