Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PHP IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in a 24/7 shift capacity. As a PHP IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless operation of our PHP-based systems. This role requires a deep understanding of PHP, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, around-the-clock environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for PHP applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly. Monitor and maintain the performance of PHP & Laravel systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency. Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests during 24/7 shifts. Document and communicate technical solutions clearly to clients and team members. Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience working with PHP, Laravel and PHP-based applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience in a similar IT support role is a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
