Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles. Implement a variety of sports and physical activities, both individual and team-based, in accordance with the school's curriculum (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or equivalent). Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records of achievement. Encourage student participation in physical activities and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Ensure that lessons are safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate.

Curriculum & Programme Development

Contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of the PE curriculum. Organize inter-house, inter-school, and extracurricular sports events and competitions. Support the development of after-school sports programmes and clubs. Integrate digital tools and modern methodologies in teaching where appropriate.

Student Development & Welfare

Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging discipline, teamwork, and respect. Support students in developing sportsmanship and leadership skills through active participation in sports and physical activities.

Health & Safety

Ensure the safety of students during all PE lessons and sports activities. Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting any damages or safety hazards promptly. Comply with the school's health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

Professional Contribution

Collaborate with colleagues in cross-curricular initiatives and whole-school events. Participate in professional development, departmental meetings, and school functions. Represent the school positively in local and international sporting events.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
