Job Posting: Physiotherapist Assistant Location: Oakland, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan (Physiotherapy Centre)
Operation Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm
Starting Date: ASAP Our physiotherapy centre, located in Oakland, Seremban (Negeri Sembilan), is dedicated in providing high-quality physiotherapy care and services. In order to meet the growing demands of our patients, we are currently seeking a Physiotherapist Assistant to join our team. • Front Desk Duties: Welcome patients and provide friendly and professional reception services.
• Contact and Schedule Appointments: Assist patients in scheduling treatment appointments, ensuring efficient management of appointment schedules.
• Organize Files: Maintain and organize patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Collect Payment from Customers and issue receipts
• Assist Physiotherapist on device preparation
• Basic cleaning and sanitization task
• Perform physical examination on patient, perform basic physiotherapy treatment (for candidate who possess diploma in physiotherapy)

Requirements:

• Possess diploma in physiotherapy is preferable
• Passion for patient care with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Effective time management skills to remain composed in a busy environment
• Team player with a positive work attitude
