Job Summary

The Physiotherapy Clinic Assistant (CA) supports daily operations at the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, assisting physiotherapists during treatment sessions, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, and providing an excellent customer experience aligned with Physiomobile's mission -- Enriching Quality of Life.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

A. Patient & Front-Desk Management

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes. Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Record attendance and update session logs in the system. Assist in handling payments, invoices, and receipts. Maintain patient confidentiality in all communications.
B. Customer Experience & Sales Support

Educate patients about Physiomobile's packages and promotions. Encourage package renewals and support upselling initiatives. Collect patient feedback and reviews after sessions. Support marketing initiatives (e.g., WhatsApp broadcast, posters, booth setups). Coordinate with HQ sales and customer care for leads and follow-up.
C. Clinical Support

Prepare treatment rooms before each session (clean towels, linens, oils, equipment). Assist physiotherapists in patient positioning, setting up equipment, and monitoring. Disinfect treatment beds, tools, and ensure hygiene after every session. Help maintain an inventory of consumables and report low stock. Ensure therapy equipment (heat packs, ultrasound, TENS) are in working condition.
D. Facility & Operational Maintenance

Maintain overall clinic cleanliness and professional image. Ensure all areas (waiting room, toilet, pantry) are neat and tidy. Manage laundry for towels and linens. Report facility issues (lighting, air-cond, plumbing) promptly. Uphold safety and infection control standards.
E. Coordination & Reporting

Prepare daily report of sessions, sales, and walk-ins. Communicate with HQ for administrative updates, stock requests, and promotions. Support physiotherapists with ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM / Diploma (Health Science, Nursing, or equivalent preferred). Friendly, organized, and service-oriented. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / WhatsApp / Clinic system). Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Training will be provided for fresh candidates.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
