Job Description

The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items from the warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Order Picking:

Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or electronic systems. Ensure correct quantity, item code, and quality of products picked.

Inventory Management:

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Report any discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the supervisor.

Packaging & Labeling:

Prepare picked items for packing and shipping. Label items correctly for delivery or storage as required.

Workplace Safety & Housekeeping:

Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the picking area.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, or other inventory-related activities as needed.

Skills & Requirements:



Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Ability to read and follow order sheets or pick lists. Physically fit to lift and carry items as required. Attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
