Location: Kedah Rubber City

:

Responsible for the installation, supervision, and quality control of piping and HVAC systems at the project site. Review M&E drawings and coordinate with civil and electrical disciplines on design interfaces. Prepare work schedules and monitor installation progress to ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Supervise subcontractors on the installation of ducting, piping, valves, and supports. Follow up on equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning (fans, AHUs, cooling towers, etc.). Assist the Project Manager in resolving technical issues and coordinating design changes. Ensure on-site works comply with Malaysian regulations and company QA/QC and safety requirements. Maintain technical documentation, daily reports, and as-built records for project handover.

Job Qualification:

Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or related fields. Experience in ventilation, piping, or M&E installation works. Familiar with Malaysian HVAC and piping installation standards. Able to read and interpret construction drawings; proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Local candidates from Kedah are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
