The Production Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the production process to ensure the efficient use of resources and the timely delivery of products. This role involves developing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and minimizing production downtime. The Production Planner will collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts, customer orders, and operational capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
A Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in production planning or manufacturing operations.
Experience with production planning software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of production processes, inventory control, and supply chain management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
