Planer Responsibilities: - Responsible for Production & Material Planning analysis, and inventory control. - Monitor actual delivery requirement versus forecast. Assist in the development of existing accounts. - Manage outstanding PO and ensure deliveries are met according to the recovery plan. Expedite materials to meet production\'s schedule with minimal downtime. - Lead cross functional team in ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business goals. - Performs BOM comparison before a start of the new project to ensure all the materials are correctly loaded into the system. - Leading the 4M readiness meeting to check on the status of a first time and NPI orders and feedback to customers if we are ready to take in trade shipment orders. - Act as the key channel of communication for customers to the internal team. - Perform forecast comparison by using a waterfall chart to monitor weekly forecast to avoid sudden upside and drop that is not healthy for business. - Adjusting the forecast in case of a sudden upside or drop to ensure a smooth flow in the production while meeting customer needs. - Loading the forecast into the MRP system. - Perform ROP sizing of quantity to maximize the production capacity to meet the output as the line is being shared across several products. - Perform weekly capacity calculation in collaboration with the capacity engineer to provide optimum usage of the production. - Monitor the inventory and take necessary actions to keep the inventory low. - Lead a team to investigate failures claims by the customers and promptly responds to resolve the issue. - Daily shipment to be done as committed to customer and also any coordinate for any ad-hoc materials to be shipped out to customers upon request. - Manage and coordinate all procurement activities, including monitoring of supplier delivery performance. - Order and execute materials requirement based on MRP output to ensure flawless of supply chain and meeting inventory level target. - Resolve accounts payable issues and receiving discrepancies. Requirements: - Degree or Diploma in any field. - At least 2-3 years working experience in an Electronics Manufacturing / Repair environment - Able to communicate effectively with all levels - Proficiency in computer spreadsheet applications is required. - An analytical and assertive negotiator, and able to cope with the rapidly changing needs of materials. - Good knowledge in Planning, purchasing, sourcing, materials planning and reporting is essential - Operates within MNC Standards of Business Conduct.
