We are seeking a proactive and analytical

Planner Executive

to join our production team in Tebrau.

You will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop detailed production schedules based on customer orders and material readiness. Issue work orders and coordinate with production to ensure schedules are met. Monitor and track production progress, ensuring timely delivery and smooth workflow. Liaise with purchasing, warehouse, QA, and sales teams to support seamless order fulfillment. Prepare and maintain production and sales reports for management review. Participate in daily coordination meetings to update material, production, and stock status. Analyze production data and forecasts to support accurate planning and resource allocation. Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock. Optimize machine capacity, manpower, and materials for maximum efficiency. Support continuous improvement in production planning systems and processes.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Hands-on experience in production planning or manufacturing will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.

Tebrau.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
