Job Description


We are looking for a driven, proactive, and analytical individual to join our Planning team. The planner will be responsible for analysing and interpreting sales and stock performance across product departments and countries as well as contribute to the further development of merchandise planning tools.

The individual must have excellent mathematical problem-solving skills and able to handle large amounts of data. The planner will need to work closely with Category Directors/Buyers in order to optimize budget allocation to best performing categories and proactively trade the business to achieve sales and margin goals. He/she will need to possess strong people and communication skills. Being a fast-paced and dynamic company working in the exciting environment of fashion e-commerce, the planner is expected to learn and grow significantly.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, report, and interpret sales, margin, and stock performance for all product groups and countries
  • Provide recommendations for actions to maximize sales and margin opportunities while limiting stock risk, demonstrating a deep understanding of key drivers such as sell-through
  • Forward forecast sales and margin performance frequently, and translate forecasts to stock budgets and assortment plans
  • Work closely on a day-to-day basis with Category Planning Manager and Category Directors/Buyers in developing and actioning plans
  • Work closely with Category Planning Manager and other planners in developing buying and planning tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in business or financial planning/analysis (commercial or FP&A)
  • Excellent understanding of MS Excel, knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau a plus
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • High attention to details
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
  • Interest in the e-commerce and fashion retail industries
