Generate effective load plan that yield high OEE. Monitor daily start schedule(PTS Start) and ensure that it is align to tester/tooling capacity limitation. Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing and escalate. Review weekly commit and highlight if there\'s any issue supporting the customer requirement/metrics. Provide the following information to Operation Group: Daily die inventory (WIP + Die Avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice. Hot lots/Lines down /Critical Lots Daily loading plan and capacity utilization WIP build up inventory/WIP Surge/WIP Bubble Potential issue that may affect the cycle time/OTD/Shipment Goal Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction. Provide daily monitoring of output for critical product/area. Coordinate with the concern group (e.g. PE,EQ,IE,Planner,Staff/Manager) any issues that impact loading. Education and Experience Posses at least Bachelor Degree/Professional Degree in any discipline or equivalent or at least 3 years solid experiences in semicon/planning. Self-motivated, strong ownership, having sense of urgency, committed and able to work independently. Interpersonal skills, strong team player with ability to communicate effectively at any level. Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel,Word,Powerpoint Good knowledge in scheduling and production planning.
