Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (due to nature of business) in listening, speaking, reading and typing.
- Familiar with ERP/SAP system and warehouse operation process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience to work in Electrical and Electronics industry.
- Production management, dominating the production of the entire factory, from Pilot Run to Mass Production.
- Supporting production activity and making sure business objectives are met.
- Controlling production plans
- Identifying risks preventing shortages and excesses.
- handling shipments maintaining quality standards.
- Using SAP to Schedule planning.
- MO plans start date adjustment.
- Checking MB balance and review IOS report.
- Review EC, open MO, abnormal inventory.
- SO management and commit shipment date
- Annual Leave
- Medical Leave
- EPF/SOCSO
