Job description

Monitor order fulfillment and expedite urgent orders
Act as a key interface for all customers\' orders and logistic enquiries
Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders fulfillment
Plan and execute shipping and delivery between hub / depot / 3rd party logistic and customer
Schedule orders against outstanding D.O
Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required.
