Planning and Reporting Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Reporting Analyst role is part of DSA (Decision Support & Analytics) FP&A Services organization which perform centralized and transversal support activities including Management reporting, Forecasting/Planning process, and Training & user support.

This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Perform all centralized and transversal support activities to country teams related to Actuals and Forecasting processes and systems, including data loads, issue analysis and fix, and consistency checks.
  • Ensure of the well appropriation of the core model rules, system\xe2\x80\x99s functionalities as well as calendar by country teams.
  • Ensure that activities to be performed by DSA and country team are carried out on time for planning and actuals exercises.
  • Ensure quality and integrity of the data used for planning and reporting through execution of checks.
  • Work closely with Global DSA team and local country stakeholders to improve data quality and assess remediation plan. Ensure execution from stakeholders of remediation actions or perform corrective actions where applicable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements and projects related to system and processes. Adapt activities based on changes (systems, flows, etc.)
  • Perform analysis of data sets to be able to respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and contribute to the design of new reporting / dashboards. Moving forward, contribute to analysis of complex data sets.
  • Support the adoption of new way of working related to the Analytic COE, of new processes and of new system\xe2\x80\x99s functionalities, in particular S&OP/IBP integration and PLAI (artificial Intelligence) processes where applicable.
  • Contribute to projects activities (transition of activities, continuous improvements on processes, ERP or TM1, reports, etc.)
  • Contribute to business acumen development within the DSA team (business knowledge acquisition, interaction with business partners, etc.)
  • Contribute to the communication of the activities to the stakeholders (Processes, RACI, KPIs, issues, etc.)


REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering required

  • Basic knowledge of controlling and reporting processes
  • Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements.

  • Global business units Finance Business Partners, Regional Finance Operations team, SBS Accounting team, Project leaders (TM1, Shift, etc.)
