: Assistant Manager, Planning

Key Job Responsibilities:

Manage supply chain planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping, and logistics. Establish and improve systems such as MPS, JIT, MRP, and LSS to enhance supply chain efficiency. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and improve OTIF performance. Develop SOPs and action plans to standardize processes, benchmarking against industry best practices. Create dynamic replenishment models to optimize cost, quality, lead time, and inventory. Manage inventory of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, ensuring timely clearance of slow-moving stock. Drive digitization initiatives to automate manual processes and improve efficiency. Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and departmental KPIs.

Experience Desired:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the process manufacturing industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems). Experience in operations and supply chain management. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
