Job Summary

We are looking for a Planning Executive to assist Planning Manager in the area to determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects. You are required to involve throughout the development stages, and are present on site during the build to oversee procedures. Also, to estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.

Job Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To prepare and maintain the logistic plan, project time schedule included identification of critical path, logic links, resources planning such as manpower histogram, plant & machinery, material planning etc.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and report progress performance, delay analysis and provide mitigation action.

\xc2\xb7 Progress report and look ahead programme preparation.

\xc2\xb7 Register delay events and follow up on the Application of Extension of Time.

\xc2\xb7 To collect actual productivity data for future project reference.

\xc2\xb7 Able to advise project team with logical work sequence.

\xc2\xb7 Able to advise site on critical work to reduce potential delay to the progress.

\xc2\xb7 Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring plans meet the client\'s specifications.

\xc2\xb7 Making estimations for timescales and costs.

\xc2\xb7 Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.

\xc2\xb7 Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Preferably Executives specializing in Construction Planning, Primavera P6, MS project or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and under pressure.

\xc2\xb7 Able to start work immediately.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work to over hazardous work environment (site).

\xc2\xb7 Preferably candidates who has high rise building experience.

\xc2\xb7 Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur / Selangor.

\xc2\xb7 One (1) permanent position available.

\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
