\xe2\x80\xa2 With strategic and practical management techniques, plan and manage the activities of the production scheduling/control and administration in support of the activities of the production, shipment, revenue goals, inventory goals and customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 To established and administer the production schedule in order to attain optimum WIP inventory and linear on-time output. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for delivery to customers and providing information for backlog scheduling \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in providing the projected sales and ensuring the goal is met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain good rapport with all customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To support the implementation and approved change improvements and innovation to the current methods, process, materials and equipment to meet Company\xe2\x80\x99s various business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure quality plans, procedures and processes are adhered to ensure high quality products are shipped to the customers. Authority is commensurate with the responsibilities which include, but not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To stop parts from being shipped to Customers if necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 To stop production from issuing parts not relevant to the schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 To stop production from issuing if WIP is too high. \xe2\x80\xa2 To involve in discussion with engineers and vendors on pricing and delivery schedule of the tooling and equipment.
