Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Planning Managers set the tone for the entire Planning and Warehouse department. Lead the activities of warehouse inventory sufficiency and accuracy, coordinated planning schedule to ensure part ready as customer schedule, finish good management and shipment logistic.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit, hire and develop an optimally staffed, technically proficient and highly motivated team. Adheres to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures. Build consistent team understanding of objectives, standards, procedures; develop regular and open means of team communication (staff meetings, status reports, individual meetings). Developing, recommending and implementing purchasing, planning, and logistic procedures. Oversee the entire Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing. Manage production plan, issuing Job Orders to meet Customer demand and maintain Safety Stocks. Manage raw material and finished goods Inventory to ensure optimized levels. Oversee the entire Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing. Manage production plan, issuing Job Orders and DHR to meet Customer demand and maintain Safety Stocks. Manage raw material and finished goods Inventory to ensure optimized levels. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Team player committed to working in a quality environment. Strong demonstrated communication, negotiation and customer satisfaction skills required. Excellent computer skills - ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets. Good conceptual, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

EDUCATION & TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree required. 5 years of manufacturing management experience required.
