Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee operational machine planning, raw material inventory, and production control to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and that all shipments are delivered on schedule. Proactively monitor customer order progress; collaborate with internal teams to implement contingency plans in case of potential delays. Coordinate closely with customers to confirm commitment and delivery plans. Develop and issue daily and monthly moulding schedules based on customer orders and forecasts. Strategically plan and optimize daily machine capacity and manpower allocation to meet production targets. Track and follow up on daily production output; escalate any issues or deviations to management promptly. Monitor material consumption trends and prepare purchase requisitions (PR) in advance for management approval. Liaise with purchasers to track supplier delivery schedules and avoid production line disruptions. Ensure all planning activities and documentation comply with ISO requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma or higher. At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing planning; experience in plastic injection moulding is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Navision system is an added advantage. Strong skills in data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
