1. JOB BRIEF A competent storekeeping clerk to perform various administrative, storekeeping and clerical tasks to support offices and store. Undertake a variety of activities in the office and store ranging from filing, store record, diesel usage record, and chemical & fertilizer record. An effective storekeeping clerk has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office and store operations. Reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with office equipment, store equipment and procedures. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND DUTIES i. To perform all clerical and administrative duties as assigned by Superior. ii. Sort and distribute all incoming mail and preparations of general correspondence. iii. Maintain filing, database systems and inventories. iv. Assist in the operation and general maintenance of the office equipment such as printers, lightings, photocopier. v. Recording, compiling, and maintaining of workers` attendance record, wages, new staff, resignations and leave applications. vi. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems. vii. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. viii. Receives and unpacks goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. ix. Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures. x. Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry. xi. Any other ad -hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. 3. QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS a. Have at least a diploma in finance, accounting, business studies or a related field from a recognized university and a pass in Bahasa Melayu pass in SPM; or b. Have SPM with at least 1.5 years of work experience in the clerical/business/agricultural sector. c. Has sufficient experience in plantation/agriculture operations, which is deemed as adequate by the management / senior officials. d. Organized, pragmatic, proactive, result-oriented,rigorous e. Able to work independently f. Team spirit g. Strong communication and social skills h. Potential to progress to a higher responsibility position i. Ability to live in a remote environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
