Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise plantation operations/activities such as fruit plantation, manuring, pruning, machine operation, poison storage and daily maintenance work.
Responsible to manage and oversee daily operation of plantation to achieve the company goals and objectives.
To prepare and submit relevant daily, weekly and monthly progress report as and when required by the management.
Maintain knowledge of pest and disease control.

Requirements :

Bachelor\'s Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Agrotechnology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and management.
Able to handle pressure, analyze problems and find solutions.
Have a pleasant personality, independent and knowledgeable.
