Position:

Platform Engineering - Junior Linux/Middleware Engineer

We are urgently seeking a

Junior Linux/Middleware Engineer

to support platform engineering activities within the GIPS domain. The role involves Linux system administration, middleware support, deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka platforms.

The candidate will work closely with application, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure smooth operations and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of

RHEL

,

JBoss

,

WebLogic

,

MQ

, and

Kafka

. Support middleware deployments, performance optimization, and issue troubleshooting. Monitor system performance, security, and availability following best practices. Develop and enhance

Unix shell scripts

and

SQL queries

for automation and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot Linux OS issues and middleware-related incidents. Support database connectivity (Oracle, MySQL) and middleware integration. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and smooth deployments.

Strong hands-on experience in

Unix Linux administration and shell scripting SQL scripting and troubleshooting
