Requirements

Speak, read, and write Vietnamese fluently. Minimum

1 year of E-commerce experience

, preferably with an E-commerce platform or enabler. Strong ability to operate Seller Centers (Shopee/Lazada/Tokopedia/Tiki) confidently. Preferred knowledge of major E-commerce platforms and/or CMS systems such as

SFCC, Magento, Shopify

. Experience maintaining platform store content including titles, descriptions, and attributes. Ability to analyze key reports related to sales, orders, product performance, and store health.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Optimization & Management

Optimize workflows through automation and process improvements. Map, plan, and coordinate activities across workstreams. Address workflow/queue-related risks, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership Development

Build and foster strategic partnerships to support mutual business growth. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and brand identity.

Project & Promo Management

Manage and coordinate end-to-end project tickets. Execute promo setups and submissions based on client requirements.

Store Content Management

Maintain and update store content (titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, etc.) as per client guidelines. Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate product details and pricing.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Conduct daily SKU hygiene checks covering competitiveness, pricing, stocks, and sales performance. Operate Seller Center platforms fluently and analyze key reports (sales, orders, product performance, store health, promotions).

Site Performance Reporting

Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to site performance and service levels.

Relationship Building

Build strong working relationships with site operations teams (Market POCs, OMs, Team Leads). Provide guidance on best workflow and process management practices.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,405.72 - RM7,500.00 per month
