Job Description

This is a 2-year contract role. Responsibilities Drive and manage the development and maintenance of consumer channels (app and web) ensuring seamless integration with various ecosystem, functionality, and user experience within respective channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendor, partners, brand, product development, and customer support, to design and implement channel enhancements that align with company goals and customer needs. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on channel performance metrics. Use the insights to identify areas for improvement. Lead the management and optimization of consumer platform, ensuring efficient and user-friendly navigation, accessibility, and secure transaction processes for customers. Conduct regular market survey and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market within the consumer channel space. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the timely delivery of updates and new features for respective channels. Manage the planning and funneling of requirements for Digital Platform cycle planning. Manage the prioritization of features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and the company\'s overall strategy. Lead group of developers in all activity required in delivering new enhancement, features or requirements for consumer channel platform. Ensure proper documentation, training materials and or new processes are put in place for any new enhancements that are created for the consumer channels. Act as the point of contact for any escalated customer issues or inquiries related to the consumer channels ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in managing and developing mobile applications and e-commerce platforms, preferably within the telecommunications industry. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, as well as knowledge of e-commerce best practices and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience in working with cross functional team with a focus on fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Familiarity with security best practices for mobile applications and e-commerce platforms. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to stay updated on industry changes and incorporate new technologies and strategies as needed.
