Plating Production Supervisor / Manager

Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be available for overtime when needed
- Minimum 2-3 year of hands-on working experience in Metal Finishing/Plating industry
- Familiar with plating process and chemical handling
- Lead and perform daily production
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and experience
- Perform chemical and physical properties analysis for plating baths
- Increase plating line yields by means of analysis
- Perform lab investigations and write reports
- Familiarity with wet chemistry
- Performs other duties to accomplish the goals of the company
- Manufacturing: 3 years
- Metal Surface Finishing/Plating: 3 years
