Ensures local maintenance strategy implementation. Coordinates continuous improvement of the planned maintenance program and alignes Maintenance schedules with all interface departments.
\xe2\x80\xba Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
\xe2\x80\xba Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
\xe2\x80\xba Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
\xe2\x80\xba Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
Ensures maintenance strategy is implemented according the several steps defined by the system methodology (inspections and routine, improvements projects, preventive maintenance, lubrication, etc.) to guarantee the defined standards.
Ensures spare parts strategy is implemented as agreed with the Engineering Management team. Adjustments and improvements to be made as necessary due to technical or financial reasons.
Defines the methods used to repair and maintain the physical assets. Develop the most efficient plan possible for executing these maintenance tasks and continuously improve it.
Ensures SAP-PM standard processes implementation. Monitors and evaluates regularly quality of data entered in SAP-PM system and provide needed training to Maintenance Staff.
Based on monthly KPI analysis, proposes and implements some maintenance processes in order to continuously improve maintenance results (Losses and Costs) of machineries.
Distributes good practice to other plants and central functions and evaluates/aligns good practice identified in other plants / centrally before performing its implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Additional Information
-Extra knowledge of using MS office & SAP
-Professional experience- 5 years maintenance experience if possible in manufacturing industry
-2 years in planned maintenance of production machineries.
