Follow up with vendors, logistics, and internal teams to resolve delays, expedite urgent items, and confirm timely deliveries.

4. Inventory Management ????
Monitor stock levels, analyze variances, and adjust plans to maintain balanced inventory within targets.

5. Production Analysis ????
Review daily production results, track front-end performance, and follow up on deviations.

6. Sales Order Control ??????
Monitor incoming orders, confirm delivery dates, and adjust production schedules based on capacity and stock.

7. Continuous Improvement & Support ?????????
Analyze vendor capacities and market trends, participate in cost-saving or process improvement activities, coach junior staff, and support departmental operations.
