Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in any Engineering Fields, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin Language is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in production, warehouse operation or any related field is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft office i.e Word, Power Point and Excel
• Candidates must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Need to supervise 1 or more shifts of operators and Line Leaders
• Must have experience as Production Supervisor in Final Assembly (FA) line
• Monitor daily output, attendance, productivity and yield in line
• Monitor close MO and WIP control in line
• Coordinate and highlight with relative departments in solving production issues
• Coordinate and arrange production line schedule smoothly
• Cross department coordination to deal with abnormal production conditions
• Material Receiving / distribution / storage management
• First in first out on controlling material
• Oversee and lead the department staff in ensuring smoothness of production
• Monitoring and inspection on the daily cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging department
• Daily Staff Attendance & Overtime Management
• Inventory Management
• Daily management, reasonable planning and arranging of warehouse storage
• Manpower Management to evaluate production effectiveness
• On the Job Training is provided
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior
