JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist Project Manager to attend kick-off and site meetings with Client, and Sub-Contractors. Manage meetings, liaise with Client (Users), and prepare Minutes of Meeting. Assist the Project Lead and interact with team members and customers. Assist to handle project management, project schedule, and resolve all project development and site management issue with Project Managers, Main Contractors, Supplier, Client, team of engineers and internal department. Assist to plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate and execute project management to ensure full conformance with design specification. Understand the project's business processes and requirements. Familiar with Pengurusan Projek ICT Sektor Awam (PPrISA) Develop test scripts to list out each step that should be taken with the expected results. Prepare system documentation including workflow, flow charts, technical documentation like User Requirements Specification (URS), Software Design Descriptions (SDD), User Manual of the system and Report. Provide status update reports and update project plans. Schedule deliveries for Hardware project matters and follow through till completion of project. Track, review and provide feedback to PMO team and submit progress report of project to management on a timely basis. Assist in handover of completed project to Client. To undertake ad-hoc assignment allocated by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must posses a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Higher in Administration/Project Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent. Well verse in Microsoft Office Software Application. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. Possess good written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good working attitude, responsible, independent, excellent in time management and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
