To work in partnership with DBS Finance and D&A functions to:
Support contract renewals/ proposal for D&A - review, validate and proceed with approval and signing accordingly based on the iCAP/UKCAP requirement. Ensure operational execution in accordance to contracts/ Contract Change Notes (CCN\xe2\x80\x99s) or Service Level Agreements (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s).
Manage Purchase Order and invoices as per contract\xe2\x80\x99s agreement
Investigate and resolve vendor\xe2\x80\x99s payment issue by complying to BAT audit requirement
Ensure all the correct contract commercial details, timeline, PO and invoices value are captured correctly in budget file.
Requirement:
Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
4-6 years work experience in a complex IT services environment with reasonably good understanding on contract management and finance
Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative and consultative
Having good understanding and knowledge on relevant tools and systems, such as SAP and Coupa is preferred
Intermediate to Expert MS Excel
Meticulous, process-oriented and analytical
Fast learner and ability to work independently
