Job Description

To work in partnership with DBS Finance and D&A functions to:

• Support contract renewals/ proposal for D&A - review, validate and proceed with approval and signing accordingly based on the iCAP/UKCAP requirement. Ensure operational execution in accordance to contracts/ Contract Change Notes (CCN\xe2\x80\x99s) or Service Level Agreements (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s).
• Manage Purchase Order and invoices as per contract\xe2\x80\x99s agreement
• Investigate and resolve vendor\xe2\x80\x99s payment issue by complying to BAT audit requirement
• Ensure all the correct contract commercial details, timeline, PO and invoices value are captured correctly in budget file.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
• 4-6 years work experience in a complex IT services environment with reasonably good understanding on contract management and finance
• Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative and consultative
• Having good understanding and knowledge on relevant tools and systems, such as SAP and Coupa is preferred
• Intermediate to Expert MS Excel
• Meticulous, process-oriented and analytical
• Fast learner and ability to work independently
