SUMMARY
The Project Manager is accountable for project delivery for the successful implementation of the Workday system within our region. Specifically, for the planning, direction, management, control and execution of the activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within the approved budget, and within stated strategic business goals and objectives. The Project Manager will have ultimate responsibility to monitor the details and status of projects, prepare standard ad hoc reports, identify and resolve project issues, and establish quality measures and standards that ensure milestones are met, projects are completed, and transition to maintenance and support teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Secures the successful implementation and adoption of Workday within region APAC&MEA
Works closely with the Global team and the implementation team to secure a good communication and the inputs of the region to be taken into consideration.
Drives change management across the entire organization to secure adoption of the new system.
Works closely with the Country HR\'s to secure the local needs are being reflected in the system.
Plans, controls and manages the delivery of HR project(s) to meet the agreed business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
Develops project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure the project will be completed on time and according to specifications.
Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.
Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain sign-off, agreement on project costs, and needed resources.
Works with HR leaders to facilitate the introduction on new capability to the organization.
Follows up with assigned resources formally (e.g., status meetings, etc.) and informally to continuously manage the productivity of the team, project timelines, and deliverables.
Conducts \xe2\x80\x9clessons learned\xe2\x80\x9d meetings with customers to validate commitments were met, and identify gaps and shortfalls.
Communicates with management to ensure agreement on design and status of the project.
Communicates potential conflicts and/or problems (e.g., missing milestone deadlines) to management to manage expectations and solicit assistance.
Manages requirements gathering through coordination and facilitation of work sessions with business partners to ensure inclusion of all stakeholders.
Provides assistance in the analysis of current processes to identify system and business impacts.
Ensure all projects and deliverables are aligned with the company\'s strategic objectives
Build strong internal customer relationships with key HR and business leaders to define and understand strategic objectives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Experience with project management tools
Ability to communicate to various levels within the organization.
Demonstrated ability with presentation, facilitations, influence, collaboration, negotiation and persuasion.
Demonstrated ability to utilize a standard project management methodology and documentation process.
Experience with HRIS data preferred.
Good collaboration skills; able to handle and resolve difficult situations with tact while being sensitive to all points of view and priorities
Must be detailed oriented, organized, and have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and to work effectively given general guidance and direction.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in HR or related business field required
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Workday implementation
Minimum 5 years\' experience in HR in large or multi-site automated manufacturing facility
Project Management Certification is a plus
Excellent Project Management skills, planning, organizing and execution skills
Experience driving effective change management techniques and implementation including communications plans
INTERNAL/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
This position requires the employee to communicate with both internal and external customers/colleagues on a regular basis.
