In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.
Day to day responsibilities:
Process customer requests under the
Major Alterations/Minor Alterations (either one)
function for traditional life, ILP and Term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality:
Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.
Job Requirement:
Degree holder Fresh Graduate/ with relevant or experience or at least 1-2 years working experience in insurance policy servicing
Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.
Keen learner and able to work independently
Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
