Job Description

sJob Responsibilities1) Open and closed gate when necessary and manage traffic control2) Check staff, workers, supplier & customers at the entrance (Main gate)3) Register and record the data of suppliers & customer in VMS system4) Checked all vehicles and pick-up/delivery trucks during enter or leaving the factory5) Make sure contractor, supplier, visitor and customer are not allowed to bring the hand phone and other electronic devise inside the factories6) Keep the electronic devise under CCTV to prevent any stolen cases7) Update the security logbook8) Verify the seal on the container (latex tanker), must be same as issued in the Delivery note (DN)9) Do patrolling inside and outside of factory compound.10) Do clocking at 15 points and continuously update clocking logbook.11) Monitor workers movement going in and out during rest time.12) Do inspection to all staffs / workers going in and out of the factory.Job Requirements1) SPM with minimum 5 credits or any equivalent.2) For Polis Bantuan, candidate must have Kursus Asas Polis Bantuan certificate, Sijil Lantikan and Acceptance of Resignation from previous company.3) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).4) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.Why Join Us?Top Glove is proud to be the employer of choice of 10,000 employees from diverse background.
