Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist, greet guests and patients and to provide general concierge services.

Answering guests and patients' inquiries, offering direction and provide information about the hospital's services and amenities.

To guide and aid guests and patients to the respective healthcare units/clinics/wards.

To maintain and keep the wheelchairs and other concierge equipment in an orderly manner.

To assist Customer Service staff in setting up events and meetings.

To assist Customer Service staff with facility check as and when required.

To ensure safety of guests and patients by reporting any safety concern and following safety procedures.

To liaise with other departments outside Customer Service e.g. Imaging Department, Business Office and etc. where appropriate to ensure a seamless patient journey.

To assist other employees to run errands such as moving stock and delivery of items when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
