Job Description


1. Has at least 13 - 20 years of experience working experience in: 2. Operationalize PRefChem Project Management Methodology, Processes and Standards \xe2\x80\x93 Design, Plan and Execute Project Methodology and Standards, that are aligned with Project Management Standards like PMBOK, PRINCE2 that cover the following areas: - i. Demand / Request Management ii. Schedule Management iii. Scope Management iv. Financial Management v. Risks, Issue and Action Management vi. Deliverables Management vii. Resource Management viii. Knowledge Management ix. Project Closure 3. Program status and progress reporting to Management and Leaders \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to the assigned project, and deliver them in accordance to the proposed Project Management methodology; prepare and provide progress reports, develop appropriate project artefacts, monitor and track project progress against agreed scope, time and budget. 4. Risks, Issues & Action Management \xe2\x80\x93 Identify, report, and manage the risks and issues, and agree on the mitigation and resolution activities and manage the escalation with the provider and other stakeholders. 5. Risks & Issues Management \xe2\x80\x93 Identify, report, and manage the risks and issues, and agree on the mitigation and resolution activities and manage the escalation with the provider and other stakeholders. 6. Project Governance and Controls \xe2\x80\x93 Design and Execute Project Governance following the expected standards, including the creation and cadence of Project Meetings, Working Groups and Steering Committee. 7. Knowledge Management \xe2\x80\x93 Manage the project artefacts and repository. 8. Project Closure \xe2\x80\x93 Produce exit/closure report and handover exercise to PRefChem\xe2\x80\x99s team. 9. Collaborate effectively with the System Integrators (SI) and support the SIs in matters related to the ICT initiatives implementation, and any other processes required for the successful running of project management. 10. Establish, conduct, and manage Project Steering Committee as per proposed Term of Reference 11. Monitor and track respective project progress, issues, risks, budget utilization and report during regular project progress status meetings and provide executive summary reports to PRefChem Project Management team. 12. Coordinate project activities between the project teams (each initiative) and other parties that include PRefChem departments and/or 3rd party consultants. 13. Propose and conduct scheduled meetings and provide minutes of meeting on project progress updates, highlight issues, and completed milestones of the project including budget monitoring. 14. Review and monitor project health and progress including Report project health checks, performance summary, and status summary. 15. Monitor project team performance based on project timeline, budget, and deliverables. 16. Monitor SI\xe2\x80\x99s resource on-board and off-board activities for the project. i. Facilitate audit requirement including to Audit checklist management as and when required Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
