Job Description


DescriptionPrimary Objective:

  • Management of equity portfolios within its mandates and strategy
  • Daily monitoring of portfolios position and stock prices, portfolio rebalancing and execution of trade orders
  • Perform quantitative analysis including shariah portfolio screening, valuation, comparable company analysis, value driver analysis and performance analysis
  • Assist CIO/CEO on ad hoc basis- Grp Shariah papers and Board paper
  • Write up on market review and outlook for clients, annual and interim reports for unit trust funds and other meetings as required
  • Make presentation on investment proposal to potential clients, distributors and internal committees

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of equity portfolios within its mandates and strategy
  • Daily monitoring of portfolios position and stock prices, portfolio rebalancing and execution of trade orders
  • Perform quantitative analysis including shariah portfolio screening, valuation, comparable company analysis, value driver analysis and performance analysis
  • Prepare monthly performance write up for factsheets ( unit trust funds)
  • Prepare monthly performance review report for clients( mandate portfolios)
  • Put together investment proposals and presentation materials for potential clients
  • Attends company visits and interview with its management
  • Clients servicing-include marketing and attend clients review meeting on monthly basis
  • Assist CIO/CEO on ad hoc basis- Grp Shariah papers and Board paper
  • Involved in preparing term sheet, marketing materials, due diligence feedback for new product lines
  • Write up on market review and outlook for clients, annual and interim reports for unit trust funds and other meetings as required
  • Make presentation on investment proposal to potential clients, distributors and internal committees
  • To observe the portfolio is in compliance to mandate/parameters at all times
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Business or related qualifications.- CMSRL Module 9 and Module 10 - to be licensed once onboardedMinimum 2-3 years working experience in credit with exposure to credit risk management and commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisalPossess strong credit writing and analytical skills
Able to work in a high pressure environment as well as in a team
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
